So, I’ve had this idea for this project for several days now, but it took me FOREVER to get to work on it! My little one just hasn’t been too thrilled with any idea of Mommy time, so I haven’t been crafty for over a week. I was finally able to start working on this Friday and I finished it today! I’m so thrilled….. silly, I know. I thought of this idea because my DH leaves before I get up in the morning and a lot of the time I have no idea if he’s fed my little Shih Tzu, Sophie. So, about every other morning I have to bug him and call him at work and ask, “Has Sophie been fed?” Well. No more. Well, unless DH forgets to turn this to the right side. Anyway. Just lots and lots of scraps used here. Even the ribbons were bits and pieces that I had saved because I couldn’t throw even the cut off end pieces from making bows away. I also dug out an old Stampin’ Up stamp set for the dog house, doggie and food bowl. They are colored in with chalks and a blender pen. 🙂
Honey, did you feed the dog?

tell us how successful the “hubby training” goes to use this great tool! LOL – I bet he doesn’t do it too well as he looks forward to your early morning calls!!??
I need a class on coloring those stamps. I always try to do it and it never looks so nice.
this is a really great idea – I will have to make one. 2 actually – I think the guinea pig needs one too.
